Our Standard Background is a flat fee of $100 and searches domestic public records for the following:

Investigations start with a $500 deposit, billed at $85/hr. If finished under budget, you're refunded the difference. If more time is needed, I'll ask you first.

Haven Investigations LLC is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. Reports may not be used for employment, credit, insurance, housing, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA.
AI Policy
Every investigation or support project is handled by me personally, not bots. I never put case files, records, or personal information into AI chatbots like ChatGPT.
Every report is written by me and delivered securely to you.
Confidentiality Policy
All cases are kept confidential. I disclose information only with your written consent or when required by law.
GLBA and DPPA data are not exposed to Client except with consent of the Subject or to comply with legal requirements.
Your request is encrypted before it leaves your device
When you press send, your browser encrypts everything you typed using a key only I can unlock. Your request travels and is stored only in encrypted form, so the website host can’t read its contents.

Your browser encrypts it with 256-bit AES and 4096-bit RSA.
Only the encrypted version is sent and briefly held for pickup.
I decrypt it with a private key that's never stored on the website or server.
Once I retrieve the request it is deleted from the server.
